Obituary for Rolando Cortes

Rolando Cortes, affectionately known as Roly by some, Popi to others, was born July 13th, 1953, in Brooklyn, N.Y. He spent his childhood and young adult life in different parts of Brooklyn - high school, college, New York, born and bred. He was very proud of his Puerto Rican Heritage.
He had many hobbies, building furniture, computers, his absolute love of music, audio, and video projects. His favorite place to go, Vermont, at any time of the year!
He had a fulfilling and long career, first with IBM, then Kodak. He then moved on to Horiba International where he finished his working career.
He leaves to miss and mourn him, his sons Rolando (Genito), Andrew Cortes, John and Jerome Branch, his very close cousin/brother Carmelo Cortes, brothers n law Robert (Bob) and Stuart Pearman, his sisters Sylvia and Mildred (Iris), his 3 granddaughters Kamarri, Lauren and Sequoia Branch, and grandson Jonathan Branch, wife Linda, many cousins, aunts, nieces, and nephews.
