Angelina Liggeri (Bevilacqua), 93, passed away peacefully on June 21st, 2021 at home surrounded by her loved ones.
Angelina was born and raised in Montclair, NJ before moving to Verona, NJ. She worked at Elrob in Cedar Grove for many years. Angelina was a devout Catholic who would often be seen with a Rosary in hand. She was beautiful inside and out and she adored her family. Angelina enjoyed cooking and baking and was delighted to have gatherings at her home to share her delicious dishes with family, friends and neighbors. She also enjoyed knitting and would donate some of her work to hospitals and those in need.
Beloved wife of 53 years to the late Joseph "Pippo" Liggeri. Devoted mother of Lucinda Manfra, her husband Rick, Joseph Liggeri, Jr., his wife Phyllis, Sebastian Liggeri, Lisa Paradiso and her husband Tony. Cherished grandmother of Angelica Simone, her husband Marc, Rickey Manfra, his wife Chesha, Lucinda Dunfee, her husband Russ, CJ Manfra, his Fiance Andrea, Fileshia Ferrulli, her husband Gino, Vanessa Ponte, her husband Joe, Joseph Liggeri III, Trisha Hillman, her husband Brandon, Stephanie Liggeri, Louis Paradiso, his wife Ria, Lisa Maria Paradiso, Anthony Michael Paradiso and 21 Great-Grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters Millie Zaino and Nancy Bevilacqua, her brother Joey Bevilacqua, and many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Angelina was predeceased by her parents Donata (nee Zungoli) and Joseph Bevilacqua, her sisters, Jennie D'Ambola, Fannie Ursi and Antoinette Graziano and her brother Gus Bevilacqua.
