LILORE - Ann M., 72, of Forked River, Montclair, and Belleville, N.J., passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 30, 2024. She was predeceased by her parents Carmen and Margaret Lilore (nee Zarrillo) and is survived by a sister, Janet S. DiMichele (Anthony Jr.), and three nephews. Ann will be missed by many family members, especially cousins Diane Purpura and Ellen Beekman, who lovingly cared for her, as well as the many friends she became close with over her lifetime. After graduating from nursing school in May of 1972, Ann was employed for many years as a registered nurse at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville and then later embarked on a career in real estate, based in Montclair. She was gifted at the piano, even spending hours composing her own music, and for a brief period, taught piano, as well. She also loved animals and it was a passion of hers to adopt shelter cats, caring for them with an abundance of love.
A memorial service and celebration of Ann's life will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 9:30 am at Caggiano Funeral Home, 62 Grove St., Montclair, N.J.
Interment at Mt. Hebron Cemetery to follow.
