Anna Girone, 69, of West Orange formerly of Bloomfield, passed away on April 8th, 2024. Visiting hours are Thursday April 11th, from 4-7 PM at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St, Montclair.

Anna is survived by her daughter Kimberly, her siblings Angelo, Valerie, Cathy, and Jeanette, by her nieces and nephews Kate, Jason, Daniel, and Michael, and by her companion Joe. She was predeceased by her parents Catherine and Gerardo Girone.

Her life was a blessing to all of us who knew her as sister, mother, aunt, companion and friend. She brought joy to us in our time of need with her compassion and support. She never judged and always made us feel valued.



Now we rejoice in her life, but our hearts are broken. She will be remembered as fierce and unbending. Even in the face of death, she did not back down.



God is lucky to have her, and we are better for the time she spent with us
