Annette (nee DeVincenzo) Bevere, 82 of Roseland, NJ, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on October 16th. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 on Thursday October 23rd, at St. Lucy's Church in Newark. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. Visiting hours Wednesday from 5-9pm at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St., Montclair.

She was born in Newark on November 23rd, 1942 to the late Marie (Cargiulo) and Louis DeVincenzo. She is also predeceased by her loving sister Connie Durino.
Annette attended Barringer High School, where she met her devoted husband Phil. They were married for almost 62 years. That's also where she became a "member" of the R Club girls. She was a legal secretary for 50 years for the law office of the Cohen family in Montclair.
Annette was generous, thoughtful and always put others before herself. She was committed to carrying on Italian traditions through food, holidays, and making the collection for the St. Gerard Feast at St. Lucy's Church in Newark.
Her life and home were filled with beautiful memories created with family and friends almost every weekend: pool parties, Sunday gravy, NY Giants games and singing around the dining room table. Music was a tremendous part of her life, from doo-wop to Frank Sinatra, Jimmy Roselli & Bruce Springsteen.
Annette will be deeply missed by her loving husband Phil, devoted daughter Danielle Bevere & cherished partner Joe (Martinez), adoring son Louis Bevere & "daughter in heart" Fabiane, dozens of cousins across multiple generations, nieces, nephews, her "step-sis" Karen Paulercio, dearest life long friend Lucia Corsaro, her sweet "bestie" Denise Massa & all who were part of her RAL family.
