Antonio Chiovetta, 95, of Montclair, formerly of Cerami, Sicily, passed away on Friday, June 11, 2021. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at 10:00 am at St. Theresa of Calcutta Parish-Immaculate Conception Church, 1 Munn Street, Montclair, NJ. Entombment at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Montclair, NJ. Visiting will be on Monday, June 14, 2021, from 4:00-8:00 pm.

He came to America from Sicily as a tailor and continued to work as a tailor in New York City, and at Bragg and Son in Montclair for over 45 years. He was a member of the St. Sebastian Society in Montclair for over 50 years.

Antonio is survived by his loving children, Carmelita Rovella, and husband, Mario, and Pina Follano and Generoso, his loving grandchildren, Maria Luisa, Maria, Marcello, Antonio, Alessandro, and Joseph, and by his cherished great grandchildren, Arianna, Sienna, Gianni, Julietta, Chiara, Matteo, Stefano, and Alessio, and was predeceased by his beloved wife, Maria, of 61 years.
