Barbara Anello's Obituary
Barbara Anello (Facciola) passed away on January 3rd, 2025 peacefully at Villa Marie Claire hospice facility at the age of 60.
Barbara was born in Hoboken and raised in North Bergen, NJ where she attended North Bergen schools and attended William Paterson University where she received her BSN in Nursing. She started her career in nursing at St. Michaels Hospital and has worked at Columbus Hospital, St. Mary's Hospital, and Hackensack Meridian Health where she has touched the hearts of many patients as a registered nurse and case manager.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years, William Anello, and daughter Alyssa Anello whom she held so close to her heart. She is also survived by sister, Margaret Peretti, and many nieces, and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. She is the daughter of Claire Facciola, and the late Thomas "Bob" Facciola. She held her family and friends so close to her heart.
Memorial services will be at Caggiano Memorial, in Montclair, NJ. Viewing will be Tuesday January 7th, 3pm-8pm. Second viewing will be Wednesday, January 8th 10:30am-11:30am, and a mass will be held at 12pm at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Montclair. Interment at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Upper Montclair.
