Loving wife, mother and sister
Beatrice Sodano, age 82 passed away surrounded by family on Saturday, September 19, 2020.
Beatrice was born in New York City to the late Jose and Maria Dapena. Raised in Newark and a long-time resident of Florham Park for over 50 years.
Beatrice was the beloved wife of Michael Sodano and dear sister of Marie Farina, sister-in-law of Joseph Sodano and Gilbert Mendez. Cherished mother of Stephen Sodano, Michael Sodano and his wife Virginia, Rene Holst and her husband Thomas. Proud Grandma Bea to her four grandchildren Kevin Sodano, Caroline Sodano, Tanner Sodano and Colleen Sodano. Loving aunt of Paul Farina and his spouse David; great-aunt to Charlotte and Leo and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will have a private service followed by interment at Immaculate Cemetery in Montclair, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Beatrice's name to Interfaith Food Pantry of Morris Plain.
A memorial Service in her memory will be held at a later date.
