Constance Jones, 86, of Cedar Grove, formerly of Marco Island, but mostly formerly of her beloved Montclair , passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at Mountainside Hospital in Glen Ridge. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday 6/19 at 10 a.m. Immaculate Conception Church on 30 N. Fullerton Ave. in Montclair. Interment is at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Upper Montclair, with a repast to follow. Connie was born and raised in Montclair before moving to Marco Island - she returned to be closer to family & friends & settled in Cedar Grove. She loved to travel and had many great adventures but her favorite destination was Marco Island, Florida. She was also so grateful to have seen Italy and her grandparents homeland. She worked in banks over the years but her "home" was Watchung Plaza Chase (Chemical ) bank where she was loved by all the customers and made banking seem family. She is survived by her son Robert Jones Jr & wife Denise Jones & grandchildren who she loved deeply Ryan & Kyle Jones , and many nieces and nephews and cousins and close friends. She was predeceased by her husband Robert "Bob" Jones, father Rocco Colicchio, mother Josephine Ferrara Colicchio, sister Mildred Colicchio Gibney.
