Debra A. Fields, daughter of Edna Avis Foreman and Robert Nash Silvera was born, December 17, 1952, in Glenridge, New Jersey at Mountain Side Hospital. She graduated Montclair High School in 1971. Debra then took a leap right into the medical field serving others as a compassionate registered nurse for over 30 years.
Debra married William Jefferson Fields II, January 10, 1975. She then had two children, Geneva Fields and William Jefferson III. Later, she found new love in Joseph Russell and had Crystal A. Russell.
She served the community with love and honor and was a devoted Deacon at Bright Hope Baptist Church. Debra was also a known member of the 401 Club, Eastern Stars and let's not forget the Do Drops. Debra also loved travelling to Philadelphia to spend time with family as well as North Carolina. Debra was a "DIE HARD" fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
Predeceased by her sibling, Brenda Leftwich, she leaves to cherish her memory, siblings, Shelly Bankston, Linda Couram, James Silvera, Robert Nash II, and Carol Silvera. Her grandchildren, Adrian Fields, Avery Fields, Ashleigh Morris, Leonard E. Robinson Jr., and Zakhir L. Robinson.
