Joanne F. McManus,(nee Pszonek) 57, of Bogota, passed away on Monday, July 3rd at her home. Born and raised in Jersey City, she lived in Ridgefield Park for many years before moving to Bogota. She worked as an office manager in a dentist's office for many years. She gave her time and love to children as a CCD instructor for 8 years. Her love of her family, unending caring and giving to others will forever be remembered and cherished.
Visiting will be held on Friday July 7th from 6-8pm, with a celebration of her life to begin at 8pm at Caggiano Memoial Home, 62 Grove St, Montclair. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday July 8th at 11am at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Ridgefield Park. Cremation was private. caggianomemorial.com.
Joanne was predeceased by her father Edward and mother Regina (nee Delaney). She is survived by her husband Steve Levendakes, her daughters Brittany and Cassidy McManus, Lindsay Levendakes and Anna Antonova, by her brother Joseph Pszonek and his wife Susan, dearest lifelong friends, Linda (Hale) Cuprill, Jean (Wefer) Franco, and Karen Roth, and several nieces and nephews.
