John "Jack" Genello, 78, of Bloomfield, passed away on Wednesday, February 7th, 2018. Visiting hours will be on Friday (today) from 4-8pm at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St, Montclair. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:30 am at the funeral home with an entombment at Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield. Caggianomemorial.com.
Jack was a contractor and the owner of Jack Genello and Sons Home Improvement. He is survived by his wife, Maxine (nee Tesei), his children, Frank Genello and his wife Gina, John Genello and his wife Denise, his grandchildren, Gianna, Frankie, Maria, Marisa, and John Jr. III, his stepchildren, Kristen Sfyris and her husband Sam, Mark DesRosiers and his wife Kenda, his sister, Rosemarie Fletcher, his niece, Sherry Fletcher. Jack was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Rose Genello, and his niece, Gina Fletcher.
