John De Pol's Obituary
John D. De Pol, 74, of Upper Montclair, passed away on November 20 th , 2023. A mass of Christian burial
will be celebrated at 11am on Tuesday November 28 th at St Cassian's Church in Upper Montclair,
internment to follow at Immaculate Conception Mausoleum in Upper Montclair.
John graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in engineering and spent his adult life working
for New York City, achieving the position of Director of the Design and Infrastructure Division.
John loved animals and was well-loved by his family and friends.
He is survived by his sister, niece and their husbands. He was predeceased by his parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to "Paws", Animal Welfare Society in Montclair, would be as John
wished "donations@pawsmontclair.org"
