Joseph S. Catalano,94, of Bloomfield, passed away on June 14, 2023. A
Funeral Mass will be held on Monday June 19 th , at 9:30 a.m. at St Thomas
the Apostle Church in Bloomfield. Interment is at Immaculate Conception
Cemetery, Upper Montclair.
Mr. Catalano was an executive for R&S Strauss, a Eucharistic Minister at
St. Thomas Church, and a volunteer at Mountainside Hospital.
He is survived by his son, Joseph A. Catalano and his wife, Jodi, four
grandchildren, Jaimie (Billy), Joelle (Michael), Christina (Michael)
Stephanie, and Shanna, and daughters-in-law, Laura Catalano, and Dora
Catalano, and by his great grandchildren, Daniela, Joseph and Michael,
and was predeceased by his wife, Angelina (nee Scola), his son Edward,
and by his brother John.
