Kathleen Aulicino, 78, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away quietly on
Tuesday, January 28, 2025. A longtime resident of the Montclair-Glen Ridge area, for
many years she was the owner of Kathleen's Antiques in Montclair. In the late 1990s
she began working for the Red Cross organizing and managing blood drives. On
September 11, 2001, she was scheduled to run a blood drive at the Nutley Red Cross.
She worked all night collecting hundreds of donations, demonstrating her dedication
and sensitivity and patience to everyone involved in the drive, workers and donors alike.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Steven, her sister Donna of Los Angeles,
her brother Michael of Las Vegas, and three sons: Christopher Oyama of North Caldwell
and his wife Lisa, Douglas of Las Vegas and Mikio of Jessup, MD. She was
predeceased by an older sister, Maryanne. She leaves eight grandchildren, Carlysa,
Mia, Douglas. Alexa, Kaleb, Kaylee, Khloe and Anuhya, and three great-grandchildren
Sienna, Isabella and Wes.
