Marion Maffucci, (nee Petardi), Of Brick, formerly of Edison, passed away on Friday November 1st,2019. Friends and Relatives are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Wednesday November 6, at 10 am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Montclair, followed by an entombment at St. Gertrudes Cemetery, Colonia,NJ. Visiting will be held on Tuesday from 4-8pm at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove Street, Montclair.
Marion was a Graduate of Orange Highschool, and then worked as a Dental Assistant. Marion and her late husband Joseph Maffucci, married 52 years, also owned the Joe-Mar Lounge in Newark for many years.
Marion is survived by her children, Michael Maffucci, his fiancée Margret; Denise Bench and her husband, Gerald, Her Cherished grandchildren Michael Maffucci Jr and his wife Jasmin , Anthony Maffucci and his wife Erin, Jaclyn and Joseph Bench. Her great grandchildren Anthony and Marco Maffucci and her sister Dolores Lombard.
She was Predeceased by her husband Joseph M. Maffucci in 2011, her brother Louis Petardi, and by her parents Emil and Vera Petardi.
