It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Teresa "Tita" Diaz. A devoted pediatrician, she dedicated her life to caring for children and helping anyone in need with compassion, kindness, and an open heart.
She leaves behind her loving husband, Omar; her cherished children, Analia, Hernan, and Adrian; her beloved daughter-in-law, Daiana Spengler; her son-in-law, John Campbell; her dear sister, Elba; sister-in-law, Viviana and husband, Hugo; and her adored grandchildren, Andrew and Juana. She also will be deeply missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
She was a woman of incredible strength, generosity, and warmth. Known for always having the right words in every situation, she offered comfort, wisdom, and love to everyone around her. Her caring spirit and giving heart made a lasting impact on countless lives both personally and professionally.
Teresa loved traveling, discovering new places, meeting people from different walks of life, and enjoying good food and wine. As a grandmother, she brought endless joy and love, making every family moment special.
Above all, Tita will be remembered as a deeply loving grandmother, devoted mother, caring sister, faithful wife, and extraordinary human being whose kindness knew no limits.
Her memory will forever live in the hearts of those who loved her.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Caggiano Memorial Home, located at 62 Grove Street, Montclair, NJ.

A funeral mass will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 10:00AM, at the Immaculate Conception Church, located at 30 N Fullerton Ave, Montclair, NJ, to be followed by her entombment where she will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery.
